Business and process discovery
Understand the problem properly before deciding what to do about it.
You know something is not working — a process takes too long, the numbers arrive too late to be useful, information lives in too many places, or a task that should be routine keeps requiring someone senior. What you do not yet have is a clear picture of why, or what would actually fix it.
Conversations with the people who do the work, not only the people who manage it. Mapping the process as it genuinely runs, including the workarounds. Then setting out the options, with an honest view of what each would take.
What you receive
- A clear description of the current process and where the friction sits
- The options worth considering, including doing nothing
- A recommendation with the reasoning behind it
- What implementation would realistically involve
What this is not
- A report that ends at diagnosis. The point is to reach a decision you can act on — including the decision that the problem is not worth solving right now.
